Approving submission of a grant application for a Water Recycling Funding Program (WRFP) planning grant from the State Water Resources Control Board for development of the Recycled Water Master Plan (RWMP); 2. Accepting the WRFP grant, if awarded, in an amount not to exceed $150,000; and 3.
