Title: American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant - Citywide Sidewalk Repair Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with H L Hitchcock Construction to repair or replace sidewalks in seventeen (17) locations citywide in the amount of $109,190 and approve an additional 10% contingency of $10,919 for a not-to-exceed amount of $120,109.
