Title: Construction Contract for Tank Coatings - Plant 23-R23/1, Plant 21-R21/1, Plant 22-R22/2 - ARPA Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District 1) award a construction contract for the Tank Coatings - Plant 23-R23/1, Plant 21-R21/1, Plant 22-R22/2 project to the responsive and responsible bidder, Polytech Industrial Incorporated., for the bid amount of $2,790,660, add Alternate A for the amount of $20,000, plus a 10% contingency for a not-to-exceed total of $3,091,726; 2) approve the project as represented by the specifications; and 3) authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the contract and any other necessary documents related to the project.
