Acceptance of 2025 December Adverse Weather Emergency Repairs: Tamarisk Basin
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Accept the completed 2025 December Adverse Weather Emergency Road Repairs: Tamarisk Basin;
2. Authorize staff to record a Notice of Completion for the project; and
3. Authorize the release of all withheld retention amounts no sooner than thirty (30) calendar days following the date of recordation.
