Recommended Action:

 

It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-13 recommending that the City Council: 1) Adopt Objective Design Standards (ODS) for multifamily and mixed-use residential projects; and 2) Approve a Development Code Amendment (DCA25-00002) and Specific Plan Amendment (SPLA25-00002) incorporating the ODS into the Hesperia Municipal Code and the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan (MSFCSP).
