No. 9018, to the responsive and responsible bidder, CEM Construction, for the bid amount of $1,341,200, add Alternate A for the amount of $20,000, plus a 10% contingency of $136,120 for a not-to-exceed total of $1,497,320. 2) Approve the project as represented by the plans and specifications; and 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the contract and any other necessary documents related to the project.
