Title: Accept the Traffic Signal - Main St. & Sultana St./Timberlane Ave., C.O. No. 7159 Project and Capital Improvement Program Budget Amendment Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-22 amending the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program Budget by appropriating $34,900 of prior fiscal year’s carryover to Fund 504 Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) grant funds; 2. Accept the completed Traffic Signal - Main St. & Sultana St./Timberlane Ave., C.O. No. 7159; 3. Authorize staff to record a Notice of Completion; and 4. Authorize the release of all withheld retention amounts no sooner than thirty (30) calendar days following the date of recordation.

Recommended Action:

 

It is recommended that the City Council:

1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-22 amending the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program Budget by appropriating $34,900 of prior fiscal year’s carryover to Fund 504 Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) grant funds;
