Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2026-09, approving Tentative Tract Map No. 20637 (TT23-00004) and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.

Recommended Action:
