Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2026-11, recommending that the City Council make the environmental determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) by certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR), adopting a statement of overriding considerations and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and adopt Resolution Nos. PC-2026-12, PC-2026-13, and PC-2026-14, recommending that the City Council approve CUP25-00005, SPLA25-00003, TPM26-00001 and DA26-00001.
