Recommended Action:

 

It is recommended that the City Council:

 

1.                     Approve the purchase of materials for the Traffic Signal- Seventh Avenue and Sequoia Street, C.O. 7173 project in amounts not to exceed $209,780 with American Right-of-Way, Inc. and $49,423 with SWARCO McCain, Inc.; and

2.                     Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements and any other necessary documents for the purchase with American Right-of-Way, Inc and SWARCO McCain, Inc.
