It is recommended that the City Council and Board Members of the Hesperia  
Water District (District) authorize the City Manager to approve an amendment  
of $40,000 to the existing contract with Geo-Monitor Inc., for a total revised  
not-to-exceed amount of $90,000 for water quality analysis.

Water District (District) authorize the City Manager to approve an amendment

not-to-exceed amount of $80,000 for emergency generator repairs.
