Recommended Action:  
It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia  
Water District authorize the City Manager to increase the contract with G & M  
Automotive Center, Inc. for $50,000 for  
a
new not-to-exceed amount of  
$300,000 for vehicle maintenance and repairs through the remainder of Fiscal  
Year (FY) 2025-26, ending June 30, 2026.

It is recommended that the City Council accept the completed Manhole Repair -

release all withheld retention amounts after a minimum of thirty (30) calendar
